1. Who we are
MOTIONA is a trading brand of Tensorrail Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. Tensorrail Technologies Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach us at hello@motiona.agency.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, website, industry, what you are looking for, target markets, budget range (optional) and your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, assess a potential engagement and, if we work together, to prepare an agreement. Technical data is used only to run the website and protect it from abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
5. Who receives it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Cloudflare, which hosts the website; Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox; and our email provider. They process the data only on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case they are kept for as long as that relationship and the related legal record-keeping periods require.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email hello@motiona.agency. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the data protection authority where you live.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
